Q: What if I can't find the item I am looking for?

Eagle Industries is proud to offer not only a superior brand of tactical gear but also a wide selection of Inventory. We are continuously rotating and re-stocking new items. However, if the item you are looking for cannot be found on our website, the item is NOT in stock.

Please feel free to contact one of our Dealers. Our Dealers will be happy to help you, as they are an integral part of our efforts to serve you better.

Q: What if I want to order an item not in stock?

We currently require non-dealers to order a minimum of 25. Please feel free to contact one of our Dealers as they order in bulk and will be able to better serve your needs.

Q: Can I remove items from my order once it has been placed?

To modify your order please follow these 2 simple steps:

1. Email us at eagle.cs@atk.com as soon as possible. Or call your Customer Service Representative listed below.

2. If emailing, Subject line must be: "CHANGE-ORDER REQUEST: Please include your order number and a call back number in case a follow-up call is needed for clarification.

We will make every effort to change and ship your order on schedule. However, once an order has shipped changes cannot be made. Should this happen, you can return any unwanted item, within 30 days using the RAM Number (process described below) and request a credit. A re-stocking fee may apply.

Q: Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

If you contact us during the processing phase of your order, we will promptly cancel your order before it ships without any charge to you.

If the order has shipped, simply return your order within 30 days using the RAM Number (process described below) and request a credit. A re-stocking fee may apply.

Q: What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards except American Express.

Q: What is your Return Policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 day of receipt for any reason.

Otherwise, "If you do not shoot it, cut it, or blow it up; we will repair or replace, at no charge, any Eagle product that ever fails to perform!"

Simply follow the RMA process listed below. Certain restrictions may apply.

Q: What is a RMA Number?

RMA stands for Return Material Authorization and are used for Returns and Repairs. All returned items require a Return Materials Authorization Number.

Returns WILL NOT be accepted without an assigned RMA. If item was purchased through one of our dealers, please contact the dealer directly.

Q: How do I get a RMA Number?

Call the Returns Department 1-888-343-7547

Customer Service will verify your information, Return Classification (Credit or Repair) and issue you a RMA Number.

Packing and Sending Your Return:
- Please enclose contact information, including email address to confirm receipt of return.
- Simply state the reason for your return, include the packing slip and wrap the package securely. Please mark RMA number on outside of package.

For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
